Conference Catalysts has been a full-service Professional Conference Organizer for more than 15 years, managing more than 1000 conferences, meetings, and events for non-profit professional associations. Once COVID became a reality, we began utilizing Gather.town to help execute our large portfolio of conferences. We have built more than 30 conferences within Gather.town since July 2020, including conferences with ~2000 poster presentations.
Following a well-measured needs assessment process, our highly experienced design team creates custom spaces within Gather.town based on your specific needs to optimize the attendee experience and ensure your event is a resounding success.
In combination with the build and implementation of Gather.town, we provide full service management support to clients including comprehensive project management, video recording, video submission, editing, and publication of media. We have managed more than 100 virtual/hybrid conferences consisting of more than 200,000 attendees since Spring 2020.
