Want to help shape the future of how people interact with each other? Gather is looking for an exceptional Senior Technical Recruiter to join our fast growing team. As an early team member, you will partner with the leaders at Gather to build a talent strategy around the most mission critical hiring needs and execute on those plans. Where you will make an impact:

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process across multiple technical disciplines
  • Partner with hiring managers to define a long term growth strategy for success and execute on hiring goals
  • Utilize data and metrics to understand your candidate funnel and identify trends and opportunities to drive continuous improvement 
  • Be a thought partner and proactively develop and own strategic initiatives to support the company’s growth plans
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to maintain a consistently healthy pipeline of high quality candidates
  • Be a champion of Gather’s culture and employment brand

What you bring: 

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition with an emphasis in technical recruiting
  • Experience at an early stage startup and a proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Direct sourcing experience and demonstrated ability to build creative sourcing campaigns and recruiting techniques
  • A desire to utilize metrics to tell your recruiting story and drive decisions
  • Ability to strategize with peers, colleagues, and hiring partners to drive outcomes and deliver on key results 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high social and emotional intelligence
  • Experience with recruiting tools (we use Greenhouse and Gem)
