It’s Easier Than Ever to Purchase a Gather Plan
Gather is free for small teams. If you’re bringing together a large group, you’ll need to purchase either a One-Time Reservation or Monthly Subscription.
To make this process a little easier, we’ve updated the payment flow you’ll experience within the Gather app.
First, we made it easier to pick the right plan for your type of gathering. When you click on “Reservations” you’ll see two options: One-Time Event or Monthly Subscription.
You can view our plans here, or here’s a quick recap:
- The One-Time Event option is best for…one-time events! This plan is $3/day/user in your Space. If your event lasts longer than 3 days, you’ll automatically receive a discount so you never pay more than the monthly price.
- The Monthly Subscription is best for groups using Gather every day for their virtual office. This plan is $7/user/month and it’s a recurring subscription that automatically renews each month.
Once you select a plan, we’ve updated the checkout process to make it a more focused, full-screen experience with three steps.
- Choose your subscription/reservation details.
- Enter payment information
- Review everything and submit payment
Note: We previously offered a 2-hour plan, but found that most teams appreciated the flexibility and simplicity of purchasing full days rather than hours. For this reason, we’ve removed this option from our plans. If you currently have a reservation for a two-hour event, however, it will not be impacted and you can proceed with your event as planned.
